ZOU HOUSE | SCANDI - TERRANEAN
Combining the beauty of ‘Scandi’ meets ‘Mediterranean’, the latest project by Zou House is a flawless blend of Scandinavian simplicity with a Mediterranean coastal feel.
Just a stone’s throw away, Zou House is conveniently situated 5km from the Brisbane city centre and boasts an incredible five bedrooms and three bathrooms, allowing for the diverse lifestyle requirement of the everyday Australian family.

KITCHEN
The heart of the home, encompassing un-compromised quality finishes, is ideal for entertaining friends and family. The expansive island bench doubles as a breakfast bar or a place for the kids to finish their homework while cooking prep is underway.

When it came time to decide which fixtures and finishes to incorporate into the kitchen zone, Christal and Chris wanted products that ticked the boxes across both innovation and functionality, choosing from the Meir Piccola range paired with Lavello double bowl sinks.
Ergonomically designed, Meir Piccola Pull-Out Taps feature two water spray functions, providing a standard flow or a wider spray, perfect for rinsing fresh produce and cleaning up those hard-to-reach areas.
LAUNDRY
To create cohesiveness and consistency throughout the entirety of the home, Christal and Chris selected all fixtures and fittings from the Meir PVD Brushed Nickel collection.
The Laundry was no exception. In an area also requiring ease and functionality, the Pull-out mixer tap was a clear choice; however, with a more compact footprint, Zou Build opted for the Lavello single bowl sink rather than a double, as seen in the kitchen.
To complete the look, custom arch mosaic tiles form the most captivating backdrop with tactile layering, transforming the space from simplistic to stunning.

Double Vanity, double shower; the Zou House Master Ensuite is spacious enough for two, with a spa-like experience at every angle.
Featuring both shower rose and handheld showers, switching between the two is a cinch with the clever incorporation of a diverter mixer, allowing temperature to be controlled and accustomed to one’s preferred liking.
