Product Returns

Only a purchase made on the Meir Australia website, within a 30-day period (as stated in the Product Returns Policy), can be processed via the online form below. Returns received after 30 days will be assessed on a case by case basis. On acceptance of the product return, Meir Australia, will provide the customer with either a store credit, a refund or exchange the item.

If the purchase was made at a third-party retail outlet (Reseller) you are required to contact the store directly for assistance. They will provide further information to you and assist you with the Product Return process.

Products purchased on the Meir Australia website can be returned for a store credit, a refund or be exchanged. The product must be received by our warehouse in its original (new and unused) condition, in its original packaging and contain all parts and pieces. All items must be protected with sufficient packing materials to avoid transit damage. Returned items showing signs of damage, wear and tear or missing parts will not be eligible for a credit or refund.
